Hi everyone! Please pray for my BFF Brooke! She injured her back REALLY badly last night. Her muscles in her back are having spasms and everything! SOOO, she needs to get better because she has a HUGE competition tomorrow at the BUELL THEATER!!!!! (for those of you who don't live in CO that is the huge theater in Denver that all the cool B-Way plays come to!) And we have ballet exams on Fri!! So please keep her in your prayers!

I like that you attempted! Did you maybe use rice instead of flour (we gring our own soo, yeah!) or did something else?? Maybe you didn't do anything?!
